Sinomach subsidiaries plan PV station in the Philippines

2018-12-18A consortium made up of China National Electric Engineering Co and China CACS Engineering Co, two subsidiaries of China National Machinery Industry Corporation (Sinomach), has recently signed an engineering procurement construction contract with Sunray Power Inc based in the Philippines.
The two subsidiaries will cooperate with the Philippine new energy power investment company to focus on investment, the development of solar energy projects and the construction of a 100-mW photovoltaic station in Clark Green City, a futuristic planned city being developed by the country’s government to alleviate overcrowding in the capital Manila around 100 kilometers away.
Once completed, the project will generate electricity and transfer it to a local grid company and industrial end users in the Clark Special Economic Zone.
The partnership will help enhance Sinomach's business in the new energy sector and consolidate the group's market in Southeast Asia.
